Crabpocalypse is a turn-based platformer hybrid where precision movement and tactical combat collide in a world overrun by claws.

You play as Max, a broke college student barely scraping by—until the world is completely taken over by an organized crab uprising led by the tyrannical Crabaham Lincrab. With civilization collapsing under the weight of the tide, Max refuses to become another casualty.

Armed with scrap tech, Max builds a homemade power armor and takes on a new identity: Maximum Overdrive. Now suited up and far beyond “just surviving,” he fights back against the crab-controlled world using a mix of platforming traversal and turn-based strategy combat.

Each encounter demands careful planning—positioning on layered environments, timing attacks, and adapting to increasingly bizarre crab mutations and elite crustacean commanders. From flooded campuses to shattered coastal cities, every stage is a battleground where momentum and strategy decide who gets pinched and who pushes forward.
